Job description / Role
The Training Manager will directly report to the Project Director and shall perform duties after careful coordination with the HR and Training Section.
Review and evaluate the current system for training and technology transfer and propose required recommendation in terms of required enhancement or system replacement.
Formulate training / technology transfer strategy and implementation program.
Compile a comprehensive training program and produce training schedule to accommodate requirements.
Develop a KPI based employee’s performance appraisal based on the departments initiatives.
Keep training goals and objectives up to date and in line with requirements.
Requirements
Degree in related field with 20 years diverse experience as a Training Manager in an engineering / consulting environment on a large infrastructure and transportation projects.
Must have an excellent interpersonal skills that enables to work at all levels.
Must have experience in designing and executing successful training programs.
Must have the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
Candidates must be proficient in English both written and oral. Arabic language communication skills would be a plus.
