Training Manager - Shake Shack - Kuwait

Shake Shack® is a modern day "roadside" burger stand known for its delicious burgers, flat-top dogs, frozen custard and more. As Training Manager you will promote the Shake Shack brand image and culture through the use of targeted training activities, working closely with the brand and operations teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will then assist the HR management and the Central Training team in coordinating training and development activities, championing training and development within the brand.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Developing programme content to meet the needs of the brand
* Seeking opportunities to continually promote brand awareness
* Sourcing training courses and materials that are appropriate, based on market needs, and suitable for implementation
* Delivering development training whilst supporting the roll out of programs, and making recommendations for continuous improvement
* Managing the quality of activities and presentations to ensure high standard of training delivery
* Creating, building and maintaining internal and external relationships.

Requirements

* A university degree, preferably with a relevant qualification
* A minimum of four years' training management experience within a large commercial organisation with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications
* Excellent brand understanding
* Basic training skills.
