Job description / Role
Dinar Trading is looking to recruit highly skilled and motivated visual merchandisers for its globally recognized luxury brand stores. This job offers a chance for existing merchandisers to enhance their skills through exceptional training from some of the biggest brands in the market. Extensive product training and visual merchandising techniques are offered as part of this job.
Main Responsibilities:
- Regularly ensure all merchandising is displayed precisely according to franchise requirements
- Maintain brand image by following merchandising guidelines
- Regularly check stock and display merchandising according to product quantities
- Consistently study and apply new ideas sent by main office
- Send photos monthly to head merchandiser for approvals and make changes according to suggestions
- Train and advise sales staff on new techniques and requirements from Franchise Company
- Assist sales staff during sales campaigns
Requirements
- Must have at a minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience
- High energy level and enthusiastic
- Punctual, presentable, and well groomed,
- Basic knowledge of luxury brands
- Computer literate
- Ability to learn and apply visual merchandising techniques
- Regularly contact head office for advice and approvals of merchandising work
- Ability to train sales staff based on brand knowledge from guidebooks and pdfs from head office
- Efficiently arrange new stock and display new products with high level of standards by strictly applying merchandising methods
