Workshop Manager - Kuwait
Morgan McKinley are working exclusively with a large Group that distribute and sell construction equipment throughout Kuwait and the GCC region. They have contracts to act as distributors in the region for some of the biggest and most well known construction equipment brands in the world.
You'll be managing a team of up to 10 operatives in their Kuwait Workshop. As they are a large company, the opportunity for training and promotion within the business are very strong. The workshop is made up of predominantly staff from India with other Asian staff accounting for 30% of the workforce.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
* You will need to have at least 5 years experience as a Workshop Manager with a reputed dealer for construction equipment brands
* Strong Technical knowledge is essential
* Ability to motivate and manage a team of up to 15 direct operatives
* Experience hitting high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements
An experienced Workshop Manager is required to join a large International Group in their Kuwait Workshop. Prior experience working in the Heavy Equipment industry is essential.
