Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Brand Manager (Lebanon)

A leading cosmetics brand is now looking for a Brand Manager based in Lebanon. A few of the responsibilities are:

Commercial development
- Provide any support to allow the country to reach targets validated by your manager
- Report to your manager all business information (trade marketing, merchandizing, training, …)
- Follow and analyze brand’s animations and launches
- Monthly report and analyze sales and activity on Fever (training provided, animations as week end sales and road show, visits reports, …)

Field Supervision

Dedicate 4 days per week to visit our point of sales:
- Being fully involved into the marketing plan roll-out in stores
- Being responsible of staff branding (make-up, presentation, ambassador behavior)

Manage the local team
- Coordinate all recruitments and integrate new comers (contracts, tools, induction, …)
- Inform, manage and challenge Animators and MUS Seller on their targets
- Provide regular and assertive feedback to the team through individual updates

Budget controlling
- Respect budgets allowed to your market (travel & expenses, testers, gifts, temporary staff...)
- Centralize all expenses needs for your area (testers, gifts, temporary staff...)

Requirements

- Commercial or management degree (bachelor or master) or strong field experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French could be a plus)
- Mobile (4 days / week on the field) > + driving licence
- Strong experience in management (+ being at ease with artistic profiles)
- Strong commercial personality
- Strong passion for the brand
- Result oriented, love for challenges
- Knowledge of the selective and cosmetic distribution
- Leadership and communication skills (team player)
- Organization and autonomy
- Solution driven (solving problems)
- Pack office (Excel & PPT)
