Job description / Role

- Research and analyze the new market requirements, innovative developments in business subject and changes in regional financial policies. Based on this, coordinate with development team for product enhancement or new product development.
- Provide necessary inputs and information to other teams related to subject matter.
- Provide necessary inputs to the development department while developing new products based on current market trends and developments.
- Evaluating major product customization requirements to identify the scope of product functionality enhancement.
- Identify the market requirements from IT seminars and responses to the proposals.
- Identifying the trends in the Islamic banking industry via market research, attending conferences and workshops
- Intelligently using the information listed in RFP documents to identify the market requirements and trends.
- For new products developed in-house, coordinate with testing and finalization.
- Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge regarding financial software Functionalities.
- Knowledge in Accounts and Finance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to be self-motivated.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent in critical and analytical thinking.
- Excellent ability to manage high stress situations
- Excellent business knowledge
- Aware of software development & implementation practices
- Must be aware of Trade Finance in Banks .
- Awareness of treasury management would be preferred.
