Commercial Manager - Lebanon

The Commercial Manager will act as the business executive and will oversee the organization’s marketing and sales functions, as well as the day-to-day business operations. His primary responsibility would be to work with the showroom managers and ensure that the region is able to achieve the sales and installation targets set by the management. At the same time he will be responsible for managing the support functions under the guidance of the CEO.

- The Commercial Manager will increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. He would have a direct reporting to the sales director and a dotted line reporting to the CEO
- Develop the sales and installation plan for the region and will work with the showroom managers to ensure that the targets are met
- Responsible for managing the back end operations under the guidance of the CEO and would be required to provide guidance and support to the back office staff
- Responsible for ensuring financial compliance by ensuring that the finance department works as per the policies established by the organization and the head office
- Act as the face of the company in the area and would be responsible for managing all communications and ensuring that a consistent brand image is projected in the mind of the customers
- Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff
- Build company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
- Maintain and assist quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

- 5 to 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position with P&L responsibility
- Past experience in Middle Eastern countries is desirable
- Post Graduate Degree
- Prior experience in business development and/or building growth plans is necessary
- Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
- Strong execution skills with ability to meet and exceed targets
- Sound in decision making and strategic management
- Strong oral and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic is preferable
