In the Middle East, we have an established People and Change practice providing our clients with an unmatched breadth and depth of local and global expertise. We work in partnership with organisations ranging from family business to government bodies helping to make their people a sustainable source of competitive advantage.

The P&C Senior Consultant will operate within a project team to deliver people related (HR) solutions to our clients.

He/She will be expected to do the following:
* Work within a project team;
* Extract and use benchmark data
* Analyze client data and Provide analytics to help shape solution designs
* Support in the administration and delivery of the assessment centre
* Support in the logistics of the program (flight and hotel reservations, printing...)
* Support other projects in the region as needed

Requirements

Design people related solutions that can help transform clients' organizations;Qualifications/ Educational Background:

* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Business, Engineering or related subject from AUB/LAU

Skills:
* Strong Analytical skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Arabic and English report writing skills

Skilled with Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
