Content Product Specialist

Job description / Role

The primary function of the Content Support Associate is to build and maintain solid customer relationships by providing superior customer support via email and telephone.

- Address members’ requests on their account information, technical access issues, as well as product inquiries, among other things in a timely manner.
- Pro-actively make sure that our members are utilizing product to its fullest extent, and identify training opportunities for members who need it.
- Ability to analyse requests and see them as opportunity for improvement and recommend solutions to customer.
- Work collaboratively to preserve productive working relationships with Customer Support team members and across other departments to make sure customer needs are met and inquiries are resolved.
- Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients.
- Asking for referrals when needed in order to grow our database.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Requirements

- Degree: Bachelor Degree - Business
- Self-motivated, energetic, confident, pleasant, friendly, outgoing, and perseverant.
- Professional phone manner.
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English, French and Arabic.
- Able to work in a team, proactive, result oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Internet savvy.
