Cycle Count Team Leader - Loss Prevention - Lebanon
Our Loss Prevention team works across all divisions, brands and geographies, to protect the assets and profit of the business and mitigate the risk of loss. Working pro-actively, following lines of investigation as well as providing insight and recommendations to divisions, our Loss Prevention team works across all brands and regions giving them valuable exposure to a range of sectors and environments that ultimately deliver bottom line profit to the business.
As Cycle Count Team Leader, you will carry out stocktake integrity reviews at stores, verifying that financial control over store stock processes is maintained and the shrinkage data reported to the business is accurate. You will clearly and effectively communicate any findings from your reviews to the ALPM, who shall review and recognize when it is appropriate to escalate issues to more senior stakeholders and/or the central stocktake, finance and IT teams.
Your tasks will include the following:
* Pre-count stocktake checklist, assessing the integrity of checks completed by the Store Managers prior to commencing their stocktake
* Ratify that all un-saleable, faulty, or damaged stock has been written off and destroyed, and that the stock file has been updated
* Proactively monitor the count process from start to finish, ascertaining if the store operations team are carrying out the process as per Standard Operating Procedure and are performing the prescribed number of checks
* Perform a predetermined number of count sample spot checks to substantiate the accuracy of counters' performance, manual count to actual scanned count
* Review the end of count procedure to ensure all mandatory paperwork is completed as per Standard Operating Procedure.
Requirements
* Lebanese Nationality
* Minimum 5 years' in warehouse operations with experience of inventory
* A Secondary-level/High School education
* Effective English communication skills
* Demonstrable leadership skills
* PC Literacy.
