Java Application Architect

Job description / Role

We need candidates for the position of Java Application Architect with at least 6-10 years of experience in:

- Understanding of business requirements and translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components.
- Experience in Defining, analyzing and reviewing software architecture and requirements for products.
- Participate in definition, design and review of software architecture, design, application frameworks and interfaces.
- Mentoring and training technical members & assist in Requirement Analysis. Evaluate Technologies for implementation for product lines suggest an appropriate technology fit.
- Help in RFI, Proposals & getting involved in client Interaction

Requirements

- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, self motivated and fast learner.
- A BS in Computer Science, Business Computing, or computer engineer is required.
- Good Knowledge in Java application architecture.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have ability for critical and analytical thinking.
- Be a good problem detector and solver.
- Ability to operate comfortably in high stress situations.
- Should be able to establish and maintain a professional relationship with the clients and team members.
- Good coordination skills.
- Respect others, active listener, motivated, willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to generate additional revenues to the Department.
