Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide legal advice and support to legal issues.
- Manage legal process, litigations and business transactions.
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.
- Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists.
- Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have
- Implications to the Company.

Requirements

- Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years of post qualified experience gained in the mega construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of business laws, especially Lebanese and Saudi laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem?solving, analytical and organizational skills;
- Self-driven and resourceful;
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
