Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the Chairman of a successful services company in Lebanon. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, handle day-to-day operational tasks and provide assistance in all aspects of the chairman’s day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the chairman, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the chairman.
• Research and provide relevant information for the chairman.
• Maintain filing systems for the chairman’s records.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Create and maintain an effective filing system for the chairman.
• Monitor and update all tasks and activities related to the chairman’s role.
• Maintain records of the chairman’s activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the chairman’s team.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the chairman.
Salary:
USD
2,000 to 2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a personal assistant to a senior executive.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
