Employment: Full Time

Main Mission and Purpose:
Lead and develop the sales and marketing activities and team in the different business segments and brands of Company Home in the country, in order to meet the company business and profitability goals, as well as contribute to build operational Excellence, Trust, Loyalty and brand image for Company Home and Company brands, while remaining accountable for total client’s satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Management and leadership role: Lead, manage, supervise, support, develop and motivate his sales and marketing team, mainly his direct reports (the showroom managers, the division manager Kitchens & Wardrobe systems, the Sales manager- Design Professionals and the Sales and Administration support), to reach the goals set with the Managing Partner (MP), and to build a loyal and highly efficient team. Support his team in closing deals. Ensure that the right expertise and capabilities are present and developed within his team in order to reach the company goals and fulfill his mission.
- Sales and marketing strategy, plan and goals of all products and brands: Define the sales, marketing and communication strategies and goals for the different product lines and brands, and for the different clients and markets segments, as well as the pricing strategy and propose them to the Managing Partner for discussion and approval. Ensure optimal implementation and supervision of the strategy by his team. Follow and measure sales activities and figures, and proactively adjust the strategy and plan to constantly meet market requirements and company goals. Contribute personally to develop sales and new clients mainly focusing on large projects and key accounts.
- Marketing, Communication activities: Analyze the market needs and trends, including professionals and clients requirements, analyze competitive information and actions and provide recommendations to the Managing Partner on the sales, promotion, brand and product strategies. Monitor the communication and promotional activities that have an impact on sales and client relationship, while defining the related budget and approving it by the MP. Ensure good coordination with the external vendors in the above areas.
- Promote the company with key stakeholders and develop PR activities, mainly with the Community of Professionals, VIP clients, key players in the market. Visit them on a regular basis, organize specific events and PR activities targeted for the within a budget decided with the MP, organize for the MP special meetings with them to build company and brand loyalty, and to build partnership with key players in the market.
- Manage Client Relationship and expectations: Ensure that we build close and good relations with professionals and clients, visit and meet them constantly, and make sure that his team is ensuring an optimal relation and follow up with every client. Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and support his team to deliver the appropriate tailor made solutions and services, so to ensure total satisfaction.
- Coordination and collaboration with other departments and entities: Build a proactive and positive collaboration with the other departments, mainly the Operations and Finance, and take the appropriate decisions and actions with them in order to ensure total client satisfaction, improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Sales and Pricing policies and procedures: Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy frame and procedures. Provide recommendations for improvement of the policies and procedures, and ensure their efficient implementation
- Reporting to management and internal sales meetings: Prepare regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly base to be discussed with the Managing Partner, and organize regular meetings (quarterly base) with the MP to get constantly aligned and adjust the strategy and the plan. Organize with the sales team weekly sales meetings to ensure good exchange of experience within the team and discussion on sales activities and challenges
- Logistics and Operations: Supervise the Operations and Logistics activity and team in order to ensure optimal client delivery, quality and service.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Proven sales, business development experience of 8 years minimum in retail, in the high end furniture sector, with a good knowledge of marketing, communication and PR.
- Strong client and solution orientation, while remaining company and business focused. Ability to deal with clients from different horizons and social status
- Entrepreneurial and charismatic Leadership, with ability to influence and convince at all levels, to drive the organization and the business forward
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice and close the deal. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and to ask the right questions
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to plan resources and to fix priorities
- Affinity to the luxury environment and decent presentation with “Refinement”
- Team player with ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors
- High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics
