Senior Consultant / Manager - Forensic Data Analytics - Beirut

Forensic Technology provides its consultants with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across all major industries. We currently offer the following services to our legal and corporate clients:
- Computer and Mobile phone Forensics
- Electronic Discovery Services
- Analysis/Mining of Accounting and Transactional Data
- Fraud Detection /Suspicious Transactions Monitoring
- Cybercrime Response & Investigations
- Information Technology Expert Services

On a daily basis, you will work closely with other senior members of the team and will be constantly challenged to demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative on assignments throughout the Middle Eastern region for both local and multinational clients.

Joining our team provides the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a variety of industries. Your primary areas of responsibility include:
- Forensically obtaining data from computers, servers and mobile devices, ensuring the evidential integrity of the data is maintained and not compromised;
- Performing in-depth forensic analysis, data recovery and normalisation of data in preparation for review by investigators or legal counsel;
- Consulting with clients on business issues, often explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical people;
- Drafting reports and presentations to explain our findings;
- Researching and testing new products, tools and techniques to assist with streamlining internal processes and methods of presenting results to clients.

Requirements

We are looking primarily for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following technical areas:
- Computer Science
- Computer Networks
- Engineering
- Information Systems and Technology (IST)
- Management Information Systems (MIS)

Other Relevant Experience:
- MCSE, MCSA, N+, CCNP, CCNA,
- Knowledge of 3PAR SANs
- Knowledge of Virtual computer environments
- Any prior relevant experience in computer forensics, network administration or information security would be an advantage

In addition, candidates should:
- Any prior relevant experience in computer forensics, data mining or information security would be an advantage
- Have a client service orientation combined with creative problem-solving skills; strong written and oral communication skills; the ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities; and the ability to research pertinent client, industry/sector, and technical matters
- Be highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for their personal growth and development
- Be able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Have an ability to successfully interact with clients and PwC professionals
- Have strong desire to learn and willingness to share knowledge
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with both management and clients;
- Have fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written is essential.
- Have the flexibility/desire to travel as it is a required element of this position, and will vary with client demands.
