Head of Rail Systems
Our client has just been awarded a major infrastructure project in Malaysia and currently have an opening for a Head of Rail Systems to be based in their office in Malaysia.
Reporting to the Director of Systems you will manage a team of 28 personnel and be responsible for the successful delivery of the Rail Systems works component package inclusive of trackworks, traction third rail, emergency walkway etc. You will also be responsible for safety and quality of works undertaken by the works package contractor, providing technical support and advice to Senior Management on Rail Systems, managing the development of Rail Systems competencies of the staff and liaising with Owner, Authorities and other related parties in performing the functions.
Requirements
The successful candidates should have 15+ years of experience, 5+ years of managerial experience, regional rail experience, have worked on projects in excess of $200million and have seen a project through from inception to construction.
