Job description / Role
- Proposes and develops training policies and procedures and ensures proper implementation when approved.
- Supervises and monitors overall training and career development activities.
- Establishes and ensures proper training and career development systems, procedures and records are maintained.
- Verifies overseas training Travel Expense Reports in accordance with the approved Policies and Procedures.
- Establishes/Supervises and monitors the Succession Plan for key positions.
- Establishes/Supervises and monitors Vocational Training activities.
- Prepares the Training Budget.
- Handling Training Lavy.
- Handling KPI
Requirements
- BA in Business Admin( Human Resources,/Management) or equivalent.
- Additional professional qualification in Training & Development or Human Resource Development is an advantage.
- 6 years in similar job, preferably in the oil and gas or Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with an awareness of different cultures.
- Computer user, with knowledge of Windows packages and able to use required applications.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
