Group General Manager

Job description / Role

Looking for a luxury group General Manager, for a a group of top 5+ boutiques in Bahrain.

- Responsible for ensuring maximum value generated by Jewelry in keeping with Group values
- Responsible for developing growth and competitive strategies for Jewelry
- Responsible for overseeing Jewelry brand strategy and geographic presence
- Responsible for evaluating, coaching, and providing growth opportunities to top management.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in Marketing, Finance, or MBA recommended
- At least 8 years’ experience in product management or general management (preferably in luxury Jewelry environment)
- Solid knowledge of marketing practices, & Highly developed team management skills
- Visionary and execution driven + Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of leadership and influence
- Arabic and English proficiency
- Strong relationship management skills (work closely with international brand representatives).
