JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Title:
Rotating Equipment Coach

The job description of the rotating equipment coach position should include but not limited to:

- Assess Rotating Equipment Technicians (working in oil and gas industry) and define the gaps.
- Define a plan to close the above-mentioned gaps and discuss it with BOC rotating equipment section heads.
- Suggest/evaluate training courses to close the above-mentioned gaps.
- Propose development plan for fresh graduate engineer / rotating equipment technicians and discuss it with rotating equipment team lead.
- Act as mentors for the rotating equipment developer.
- Develop curriculum for training courses and teach classes, if necessary.
- Conduct on-job training if necessary. Keep record for each developer and his/her progress

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Certification Requirements:
- Preferred local applicant but not necessary.
- +10 year experience in oil and gas industry as rotating equipment engineer
- + 5 year experience in oil and gas industry as technical trainer, training assessor, rotating equipment developer coaching
- BSc or high-diploma in mechanical engineering.
