JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Faithful+Gould is looking to recruit an experienced Design & Active Equipment Coordinator who can provide professional and proactive support to the Senior Programme Manager for Faithful+Gould’s projects in KSA.

**Design & Active Equipment Coordinator (AS2/AS3 Coordinator) Responsibilities

Design (AS2 Designer):
• Manage all aspects of the AS2 Design process under the direction of the AS2/AS3 (Design/Free Issue Equipment) Manager
• Conduct the day-to-day management of the IPND Stage 3 Design Subcontractors across all 3 Regions, in taking the Site Survey Pack/Data as a basis for design, and monitoring/managing production of the Critical Design Pack (CDR’s)
• Attending CDR review meetings with all stakeholders
• Reviewing and approving Weekly Progress Reports & Daily Reports for each Site within the InControl System (Internal ‘in-house’ system)
• Attending regular progress/interface meetings with the AS2 Designer & stakeholders
• Co-ordinate all IPND Stage 3 design works (Per Region) adhering to the master schedule and current approved Site List
• Assist in achieving targets and reviewing any reforecasting of milestone targets submitted by AS2 Designers.
• Attending Designers offices to check on resource levels and progress of designs
• Ensure that the IPND mandatory procedures are strictly adhered to, in line with the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Provide support to Contracts Admin in the management of Daily Exception Reports (DER’s – delay claims), Daily Labour Reports (DLR’s- daywork sheets) & Technical Queries (TQ’s)
• Provide updates to the AS2/AS3 Manager to help support our reporting requirements to the client.
• Visits to the Eastern, Western and Central regions may be required in fulfilling this role.
• Ensure all works are undertaken in line with our HSE policies and standards.
• Facilitate communication between the regions and the central design team to provide the required visibility across field work and back office design works.
• Help coordinate the interface between AS2 and AS1; including AS1 back to AS2 at site completion.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with all colleagues and programme stakeholders.
• Escalating risk and issues as the moment you become aware of them.

** Free Issue Active Equipment (AS3 Supplier)

• Manage all aspects of the AS3 Supplier process under the direction of the AS2/AS3 (Design/Free Issue Equipment) Manager
• Conduct the day-to-day management of the IPND Stage 3 Free Issue Active Equipment across all 3 Regions, and monitoring/managing progress of the configuration of the Active Equipment
• Liaising with the AS3 Supplier to ensure the AS3 Supplier has all the necessary information required to configure the Active Equipment
• Coordinating with AS1 Installation Subcontractors & AS2 Designers to ensure they have passed all necessary information to AS3 Supplier to allow AS3 Supplier to configure the active equipment
• Reviewing and approving Weekly Progress Reports for each Site within the InControl System (Internal ‘in-house’ system)
• Attending regular progress/interface meetings with the AS3 Supplier & stakeholders
• Coordinate all IPND Stage 3 active equipment (Per Region) adhering to the master schedule and current approved Site List
• Attending Suppliers Warehouse and undertaking routine checks on stock levels & progress.

REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Design Management, Coordination and Supplier Management on large projects
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards
