The Facilities Management Director will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of all facilities within the real estate development projects.

Description

Strategic Planning:

* Develop and implement strategic facilities management plans aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term goals for property maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and operational efficiency.

Operational Management:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of facility-related issues.
* Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of building systems and equipment.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

* Develop and manage the facilities management budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficiency improvements, vendor negotiations, and alternative procurement strategies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards governing facility operations.
* Implement risk management protocols to mitigate potential liabilities and safeguard the well-being of occupants and visitors.

Sustainability Initiatives:

* Lead initiatives to enhance the sustainability and environmental performance of our properties, including energy efficiency upgrades, waste reduction programs, and green building certifications.

Team Leadership and Development:

* Recruit, train, and mentor a team of facilities management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
