KPI & Helpdesk Manager - Facilities Management - Riyadh, KSA
Our client is a leading FM service provider in KSA. They are currently seeking for a KPI & Helpdesk Manager to join their team in the Kingdom The successful candidate will be based in Riyadh, KSA for railway/metro projects.
Candidate must have the following experience below:
- Must have excellent understanding and experience of MAXIMO (advance user)
- 8 to 10 years experience, with 5 years' minimum experience in facilities management or relevant industries
- Very good understanding of CAFM
- Experience with KPIs
- Experience as Helpdesk Manager or Customer Service
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Facilities Management or related industry
- Customer Service
- Experience as Helpdesk Manager or Customer Service
- CAFM experience
- MAXIMO experience
