JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Position : Outbound Incharge Grade : B6-7

Concept : Home Centre Location: Modon, KSA

OVERVIEW

Responsible for managing the Outbound operations at Home Centre,Modon

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that showrooms gets their order delivery as per schedule on daily basis.

Allocation of resources and deliveries based on sale taking into consideration vacation,

health conditions, skills etc. of staff.

Manage pending connection and ensure proper coordination among teams involved in this process.

Ensure proper coordination with all feeders to ship out invoices closed by them. Coordination with third party vendors to procure vehicle as per required capacity and quantity

Coordination with stores on daily basis to maintain service levels. Control costs and drive productivity across the service network Ensure all picked stocks move to the stores and COD feeder stations by end of shift.

Weekly/monthly reports for all locations with the help of MIS team

Showroom visits and take feedback for further improvements and customer experience.

Handling day to day grievances and concerns of the team.

Attending all showroom request on the daily basis

Contingency planning in case of emergencies

KEY JOB DELIVERABLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure SLA objectives of ship out in full and on time Monitor and achieve optimum utilization of all resources - Space, Equipment and Manpower

REQUIREMENTS

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Academic : Graduate in material management/warehouse management

Experience : 8-10 years in retail industrial warehouse preferably with a full/partial automation

Knowledge : Distribution/Last Mile delivery background would be preferable

Skills/Abilities : Planning and Organizing

Decision making

Domain expertise

Communication skills

Interpersonal skills

RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to : Shift Manager, DC operations, Modon

Supervises : Team Leaders and MHE operators

Liaises with : Retail managers, Delivery managers, Home Heads
