Process Engineer - Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer specializing in Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) to join our Petrochemical team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABS production processes and a proven track record of optimizing process efficiency and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize ABS production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and analysis to identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions.
- Participate in process hazard analysis (PHA) and process safety management (PSM) activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams to enhance overall plant performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new ABS production technologies and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in ABS production processes within the petrochemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ABS manufacturing equipment, processes, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.
- Familiarity with process simulation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to petrochemical processes.
