Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction project management processes, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control
- Familiarity with safety and quality regulations and standards
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
