Position Title: Bar Captain
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.6K SGD all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
A start up Lounge & club offering a fusion of Asian and European cuisine located in the heart of Singapore City.
Job Description:
• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and supervise staff on proper service techniques, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all guests receive excellent service in a timely manner.
• Create drink menus and specials as needed, to promote sales.
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and served in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Eastern European nationalities
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role from 5 Star hotel / high end bar lounges
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
