JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our dynamic team at a leading photography company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and nurturing relationships within the retail and leisure sectors across the GCC region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion within the retail and leisure sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail chains, leisure facilities, and entertainment venues.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative products and services tailored to the needs of retail and leisure clients.
• Drive sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record of success in business development roles within the photography or related industries.
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining relationships within the retail and leisure sectors across the GCC region.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
