JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Analyze sales trends and consumer demand to develop category/sub-category strategies and product mix for the category.
• Achieve sales targets and gross profit margin category/sub-category wise and store-wise for ladies garments.
• Identify new products and suppliers to increase product variety and category/sub-category assortment for Undergarments and accessories.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and maintain profitability for Undergarments and accessories.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability within company norms for Undergarments and accessories.

Position Title: Buying Team Lead – Ladies Garments

Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A group handling a chain of discount retail stores within Middle East Region.
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years experience in the similar role from Retail industry
