JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Sales Progression Specialist to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing expert advice to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee property transactions including sales, purchases, and leasing agreements
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on properties to ensure legal compliance
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Provide expert advice to clients on property law, regulations, and conveyancing processes
- Negotiate and liaise with various parties including clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and client communications
- Stay updated with changes in property laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field; additional certification in conveyancing is a plus
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role in the real estate industry
- In-depth knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and real estate regulations in the UAE
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficient in using legal software and tools for document preparation and review
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
