JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making processes
- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's daily tasks and communications
- Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external contacts
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and take initiative to address them
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE is a plus
