JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Lead Generation and Conversion
• Client Relationship Management
• Sales Coordination and Reporting
• Product Knowledge and Development
• Internal Collaboration:Identify potential leads through market research and networking.
• Engage in effective lead-generation activities to expand the client base.
• Utilize strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convert leads into successful business deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.

Job Skills:
• Sales and Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Communication skills, Industry Knowledge,
• CRM, Sales & FRESA software, Product Knowledge, Coordination & Organization, Data Analysis &
• Reporting, Industry Awareness, Leadership & motivation
• Experience:
• 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
