Position Title: Head of Regional Retail Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A group handling a chain of discount retail stores within Middle East Region
Job Description:
• Develop & implement a comprehensive country-specific business plan aligned with company's overall strategy
• Lead a high-performing team of District Managers, Store Managers, and other operational personnel to work on store budgets and expenses effectively, ensuring cost control and profitability
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, customer service, merchandising, and compliance with company policies
• Implement strategies to maximize sales, foot traffic, and brand awareness in the market
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationality
• Male, 50 years old and below
• Minimum 10 years of total experience and at least 5 strong years’ experience as a leader/manager in retail industry
• Can travel within the country of assignment without restrictions
• Must have a strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
