JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a boutique wealth advisory firm, based in Abu Dhabi, who are looking to hire multiple Investment Advisory professionals to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This firm specialises in exclusive offerings, with a focus on wealth generation and financial planning for retail clients, as well as for UHNI and institutional clients.
The Investment Advisor will be required to generate, build and develop new client relationships, while simultaneously building safe and effective investment solutions through a deep knowledge of the firm’s offerings. In this role, responsibilities include driving business development and lead generation, as well as overseeing the entire client application process from inception to completion in coordination with the back-office support team.
This opportunity offers significant growth and progression, along with the added responsibility of training and supervising junior advisors. Hence, prior management experience would be advantageous.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have an existing network of potential clients, which would include UHNI and Family Offices.
A strong track record in sales with proven experience in onboarding clients, is essential. Ideally, the Investment Advisor should be strongly motivated by commission, aiming to exceed targets and consistently striving to generate new business opportunities.
