JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate, research and help build multimedia content for Pure Escape’s marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website, digital magazines/brochures, and other platforms as required. Collaborating with the team from initial concepts to final reporting.
• Play an active role in contributing ideas for brand, commercial and hotel marketing campaigns
• Ensure all sales and marketing assets/collateral are updated taking ownership of the marketing shared drive
• Liaise with hotel partners, and monitor hotel owned channels and other trade sites, to ensure the team is abreast of the latest developments, updates, and trends
• Work with third parties and the wider team, including designers and translators, to manage day to day projects and ensure all content is consistent, engaging, and on brand
• Coordinate deliverables for events, such as trade shows and product launches
• Manage content updates on membership forums and platforms.
• Data management for weekly hotel offers campaigns, collaborating with relevant departments as needed
• Proof read and fact check marketing content
• Manage internal and external reporting, including marketing calendar tracking and monthly hotel activity reports
• Launch and manage the digital asset library, ensuring content and assets are managed efficiently and effectively
• Day to day admin support as required

REQUIREMENTS

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field experience
• Relevant marketing experience working in similar role within luxury, lifestyle or travel sector
• Indian Ocean and UAE destination/hotel knowledge a strong plus
• Extremely organised, IT/Tech savvy, creative, proactive, and detail oriented
• Experience using Mailchimp of similar ESP software
• Experience building social media content with strong understanding of trends and best practices
• Strong copywriting, communication and research skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Positive cando attitude, with the ability to work with tight deadlines
• Eye for good design, and flair for choosing strong images that best showcase lifestyle/hotel features
• Experience with Adobe CS is preferred

REQUIREMENTS:
• European candidate
• Fluent in Russian would be ideal
• Background in either Travel or Hospitality
• Female candidate is preferred
