Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the restaurants industry in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our restaurants and drive customer footfall.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage promotional opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing management, preferably in the restaurants or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the local UAE market and consumer preferences is highly desirable.
