VHR International Recruitment LLC (VHR) is an international technical recruitment company providing world class recruitment services and solutions to the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Civils & Infrastructure, Engineering & Manufacturing, Defence and Marine industries around the world.
The Opportunity:
Due to an ongoing series of exciting contract wins, VHR is currently looking for an experienced Resourcer / Delivery Consultants to join a busy desk in our Abu Dhabi Office. This will be a resourcing and account junior account management duties with no new business development duties.

VHR currently employs 65 members of staff across its 8 offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Abu Dhabi, Bologna, Prague, Leipzig and Nicosia and generates a turnover of over £40M annually. The Company’s medium-term aims are to grow to 90+ staff and £85M annual turnover.
Role Responsibilities:
• Identification and recruitment for Professional and Engineering positions within VHR’s live clients
• Logistical control of candidates for international projects
• Develop innovative solutions for identifying new sources of quality candidates
• Potential for Day to day Account Management responsibilities for designated client accounts
• Arrangement of interviews and closing of contract and permanent vacancies
• Ensuring requirements are delivered against within expected Service Levels
• Arrangement of interviews and closing of contract and permanent vacancies
• Facilitating full and compliant raising of contract and permanent placements and ensuring compliance to relevant legislation and VHR policies and procedures.
• Working closely with company PRO and Ops Team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

REQUIREMENTS
The Individual:
• 1-2 years’ experience within the Recruitment Industry
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a determination to succeed
• Organization skills whilst being flexible and adaptable
• A competitive nature, determination to succeed and the ability to handle rejection
