JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Temporary

Sales Coordinator (Temporary - 6 months)

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to conduct research and reach out to potential clients in the construction and contracting sector in the UAE, while also performing Office Administrative activities (including Reception). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or business development within the construction or contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities within the construction and contracting sector
• in the UAE.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients, including contact information, preferences, and relevant details.
• Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and establish relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with potential clients.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to reach potential clients effectively.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team, as requested

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the construction or contracting industry in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Knowledge of construction and contracting terminology, processes, and industry trends.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
