Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of business support services, such as outsourcing, consultancy, or administrative solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the company's services to potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS

- Lead Generation: Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms
- Solution-Oriented: Capability to identify client needs and tailor business support solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Goal-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
