JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Role: Sales Executive-Fresh Food
Industry: Online/E-commerce platform dealing in fresh food items
Role summary: Finding and onboarding new customers and driving sales

Candidates should have a proven track record of sales in UAE and global e-commerce platforms. UAE based candidates available for face to face interview will be considered.

Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
• Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
• Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
• Ensuring monthly and annual sales targets and budgets are achieved
• Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
• Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
• Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
• Completing the necessary administration accurately to complete each sale.
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints regarding sales.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Commerce/Marketing preferred.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills – Target driven
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outgoing & resilient personality, with a passion for business growth
• Proven record of revenue generation from new and retained customers
• Excellent communicator and networker who demonstrates integrity in every deal
• Fluency in Arabic is a bonus

Knowledge:
• Has a good understanding of foodstuffs industry
• Has succeeded in diverse and profitable customer portfolios in the food
• industry using e-commerce or purchasing platforms

Experience:
• 3+ years of sales experience within industries focusing on container trade of raw material, food & beverage, supply chain & logistics, FMCG, multi-national, import/export
• Knowledge in Marine or Land Proteins categories an advantage
• Demonstrable large SKU count/catalogue management
• An outstanding track record of service standards.
