JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

In this Role you will:

Act as an assessment expert for the group, ensuring that Emirates adheres to international standards and professional requirements. To assess, evaluate and recommend suitability of candidates for employment. Play a pivotal role in the ongoing delivery of talent solutions through a range of consulting, project management and product-led interventions. This includes assessment solution delivery, the provision of expert consulting around occupational assessment products and services and working with colleagues within and outside the Talent Identification team to ensure that solutions meet client needs and deliver value. The primary focus is on service delivery to clients, working in tandem with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners, external suppliers and other business stakeholders.

Job Outline:

- Research, recommend and deploy the most appropriate psychological tests and tools for assessment for selection and development, leading to enhanced quality of selection and staff development solutions.
- Ensure that all tools and processes are appropriate for use within Emirates Groups diverse environment, in order to ensure assessments are fair, reliable and valid. Identify the best method of evaluating critical success factors, and create solutions that will best meet the business needs.
- Deliver assessments as part of wider decision making (e.g. for selection, promotion, and development) in order to provide insight and support to the candidate, HR Business Partner, Leadership & Talent, and line managers
- Work collaboratively across HR and the wider Group to connect Talent Identifications Talent Solutions to enable wider HR and business objectives.
- Continuously research, drive and professional standards. Drive knowledge sharing and upskilling of team members and all other stakeholders to build internal capability and align with best practice.
- Initiate and carry out data analysis (e.g. validation studies) to enable continuous improvement and understanding of the Talent across the Group.
- Drive innovation around all aspects of our assessment offering to ensure that Emirates remains competitive and the team adds maximum value to the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience
- To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements:

Education;
- Masters Degree (12+5 or equivalent) :

Qualifications;
- Human Resources. Psychology (Organisational) : 8+ Years

Knowledge/ Skills;
- Qualification in psychometric testing e.g. British Psychological Society Test User Occupational Ability and Personality.
- Professional Membership of a recognised regulating body (e.g. HCPC, APS etc) or equivalent experience.
- Should have worked in an Occupational / Aviation setting in private practice or in a corporate environment.
- Self-motivated with a true passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve
- Ability to walk in the candidates shoes
- Analytical skills and inclined to use data to shape understanding
