Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Manage all social media channels and campaigns, including Arabic content creation, scheduling, and analysis
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to optimize performance.
• Manage and maintain weekly social media activities calendar
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing efforts.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Proven success in B2C social media campaign development across industries, with an advertising agency and diverse industry experience, particularly in the Gulf region.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite.
• Excellent command of Arabic (Written, Speaking, Grammar)
