JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, ensuring the overall functionality and performance meets the company's standards. Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and implement software solutions that meet the company's objectives and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing of software to identify and resolve system issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Document software components and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others as relevant to the role.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with software design and architecture principles.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
