Job description / Role
Leap29 are currently working in conjunction with an International Engineering Construction company.
They have a stellar opportunity for a Contract manager to join their team on a Long term contract in Morocco.
The Client is currently involved in the construction of a Resort Site – 234 Hectare Oceanfront site. A mixed use resort development on the Atlantic coast of Tangiers, Morocco which include
- Two 5* hotels, tourist residences
- 1,500 Villas, Apartments around a golf course.
The Contract Manager’s responsibilities will include to manage the contract department
- To develop and manage the projects contract framework
- To develop the contract management function with capabilities to negotiate and manage large scale contracts.
- To represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, developing strong working relationship with clients
- To provide guidance on contract to project managers or other operational staff
Requirements
- 10-15 years of contract experiences for construction/building project -
- Strong experience in hospitality or luxury residential project
- RCIS Chartered
- Strong knowledge FIDIC Red/Green book
- Fluent in English and good command in French (advantage)
- Ability to manage various teams
- Willing to relocate to Morocco
- Leadership, Communication skills
