Job description / Role
This challenging opportunity demands the skills of a suitably qualified and experienced Country Manager to run a small but successful readymix company in Morocco.
• This position offers a high degree of autonomy to act with P&L responsibility and therefore demands a results focused individual with strong financial and negotiating skills, sound judgement, and above all the ability to succeed in a complex and highly challenging environment.
Requirements
Required experience:
• Fluent French and English speaker.
• Experience working as a Country Manager or General Manager or Operations Manager or Director with Readymix Concrete companies.
• Strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage a multi-cultural team.
• Enjoy a challenge and have high levels of self-motivation and initiative.
• Prior experience working in Africa or the Middle East is an advantage but NOT a pre-requisite.
