Employment: Full Time

One of the leading names in Family Entertainment Centers/Indoor theme parks is looking for a General Manager as part of their expansion plans in Morocco.

Reporting to the CEO, the GM will oversee the development of business strategy, functional strategies, plans and programs and budget for the entertainment center/indoor theme park. Work closely with the CEO on Long and Short-term business strategies that would achieve the general objectives for the company.

You will be responsible for the P & L of the theme park while taking an active effort in driving Sales & Marketing efforts by leading teams across functions to achieve the FEC\'s business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with a Masters being an advantage
- 10+ years experience leading an operation of a reputed leisure & entertainment center/indoor theme park with P&L accountability
- Managed large teams across functions i.e. operations, sales, marketing, finance, Hr etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
