Contracts Engineer

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

We are currently seeking a qualified Contracts Engineer to work on a waste water treatment plant in Oman.

Requirements

- Proven ability to manage directing, planning and coordinating the administrative and fiscal aspects of the project.
- Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports.
- Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering.
- Significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
- 15 years experience as a contracts Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor
- the last 5 of which needs to be on Waste water Treatment plants/ Sewage treatment Plants or Pumping stations.
- some claims and variations experience
