Customer Service Representative (x2) - Al-Futtaim Auto Centre - Oman

The position ensures that the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service and products. It ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and enhance the brand image to meet and exceed set standards and continuously drive Customer Service Values to improve customer engagement. It achieves group revenue target for daily, weekly and monthly rentals for the branch, ensures proper documentation and system accuracy as per business standards and operational audit requirements.

The position manages the variance report items on a daily basis and rectify errors without delay during the shifts. The position is also resposible for managing the daily check-ins and closing of rentals along with the justfication of unclosed rentals. It adheres to the shift hand-over processes and procedures. The position will report to the Country Manager of Al-Futtaim Auto Centre.

Requirements

You will be Third Secondary / Diploma holder Omani national with 2+ years of customer service experience in auto sector, hospitality or related industries. Understanding of vehicle rentals will be an added advantage

You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, will be a team player and be well versed with MS Office & Windows applications. Problem solving, planning and organising will be your forte.
