Job description / Role
Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultant, widely regarded for their quality of service, is looking for a personable Operations Manager to get their Architecture division off the ground in Muscat. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious engineer to develop their career, getting involved in delivery through to staff and client management.
Responsibilities:
- You will take charge of 2-3 projects with engineers reporting directly to you.
- Must possess excellent communication skills as the nature of this role involves a great deal of client liaison.
- Expected to mentor and provide leadership to engineering team
- Liaison and communication with local sponsor to ensure you are working in unison to meet clients expectations.
- Overall responsibility for delivery, with regards to time, quality and budget.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- A degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Proficient in structural, civil or MEP engineering
- International experience highly advantageous
