Public Relations Officer - HR Shared Services - Al-Futtaim - Oman

The position will be responsible to ensure/organise periodic renewals of visas, licences, etc. with proper documentation. Collect and submit all necessary documentation in order to organise all employee official documentation including Immigration/ MOM/ PASI registration and cancellation. The position will represent the Company in PASI, ROP, Labour courts, MOCI, MOM etc. if required; assist in demobilisation and cancellation of expatriate staff at the airport; assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters; advise the changes in rules and regulations; carry out all necessary formalities related to registration and renewals of signboards, agency registration, sales promotion / permits, etc.

The position reporting to the Country Head - HR Shared Services Oman, will be based at their office in Muscat Grand Mall and will be part of the Employee & Government Relations team.

Requirements

To be considered for this job, you must be a Secondary certificate holder, or higher, Omani national with 5 or more years of similar experience in Oman.

You will be a team player with good negotiation, organising skills and will work with attention to details. Good knowledge of MS Office suite and excellent communication skills (Arabic & English) are required skills for this position.
