Job description / Role
Our client is an Apple Premium retail and Distribution Reseller who also provide provides consultancy services for pre-sales support, post sales technical support, and customer education support.
Due to expansion they currently have an opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager. You will be based in Muscat and oversee the operation of 5 retail outlets across Oman. You will manage the inventory, and design and implement retail SOPs. Training and motivating employees is part of the job with 5 direct reporting staff and up to 50 indirect. As well as competition analysis and retail audits you will also be responsible for in-store promotions.
Requirements
To apply for this role you will be educated to degree level or ideally MBA with at least 10 years of experience in managing premium/ luxury retails outlets. You must also demonstrate your ability to manage profit centres and drive growth through excellent in store customer experience. Experience in managing Apple stores is highly preferred as is an Arabic speaker.
